About the Role
BlueSteel Cybersecurity is a young, creative security compliance firm looking to work with a highly motivated sales professional who is beginning their journey into their professional career.
As a Junior Sales Associate, you will be driving growth for yourself, the team, and the organization as a whole. You will receive ample training, tools, and support to help achieve your professional goals quickly, provided you have the necessary work-ethic to succeed. We will teach you everything that you need to know but we can’t teach you the intangibles, which includes genuine ambition, persistence, and a high degree of grit. The right individuals may come from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, but they will have one trait in common, which is demonstrated passion and discipline.
1-3 years of professional experience.
A highly coachable individual.
Humble yet hungry and highly motivated.
Process-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a pipeline of prospects.
Strong qualifying and closing ability.
Competitive attitude to hit monthly goals and bonuses.
Self-starter who expects to win and works hard to achieve it.
Professional conduct and high level of integrity.
Computer literate and creative (ability to think outside of the box).
Being organized and having a high degree of discipline are big pluses.
Previous sales experience is not required but the willingness to learn is!
